Project description
On behalf of Fortivest, we managed the purchase of 36 multi-occupancy dwellings in Eindhoven. The flats were built in 1961 and were fully renovated a few years ago. Among other things, the buildings have been fitted with a new façade and window frames. The floor plans range in size from 64 to 72 m² and all dwellings have a green energy label.
The complex was sold by a number of private investors. The new owner intends to make the complex more sustainable and to operate it on a long-term basis.
