We assist sellers of residential investments in all aspects of the sales process. With careful sales preparation, the most appropriate marketing and a large network of investors, we achieve the best results in a transparent manner.
We offer buyers access to interesting (off-market) purchase opportunities. Using an extensive dataset and clear analysis, we outline scenarios for exploitation and/or divestment strategies that match the intended risk profile.

Jorn Thoomes

Highly driven and persistent, with a keen eye for the details of the deal. That characterises Jorn. The objectives, structure and strategy of a transaction or development cannot be complex enough for him. This drive and expertise, combined with 17 years of transaction experience, ensure that clients are keen to enter into long-term relationships with him. His clients are therefore very diverse: from private investors, healthcare institutions and various types of foundations to Dutch institutional investors, fund managers and foreign investors.

In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law, Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Jorn also holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate (MRE). He is a member of the RICS and sits on the Residential Property Committee.

Martijn Derks

Down-to-earth and level-headed. ‘Just act normal, that’s crazy enough’. That’s Martijn. In more than 15 years working in residential investment property, he has supervised a large number of high-profile transactions. Large or small, Martijn gets energy from every possible transaction. He has a large national and international network and speaks the language of both an internationally operating IVBN member and a starting private investor with a regional focus.

In addition to his Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance, Martijn also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE).

Brian Ederveen

Integrity and professionalism. Knowledge is the foundation of the deal, and that is what Brian stands for. With over 10 years of experience in residential property investment, Brian has built up an extensive network of both domestic and foreign investors. In recent years, Brian has supervised numerous residential property transactions, ranging from institutional residential portfolios to new-build developments.

Brian obtained his Master’s degree in Real Estate Management in the United Kingdom.

Pipp van den Brink

Driven, enthusiastic and eager to learn; that’s Pipp. She studied Real Estate at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven and conducted her graduation research at TND real estate. After completing her studies, she joined us as a junior real estate consultant with great enthusiasm.

Pipp is involved in all aspects of our services, from preparing estimates and writing investment memoranda to coordinating sales processes.

Sandra van Dijk

Office rock-solid. Loves to organise everything down to the last detail and have everything under control, with a healthy dose of humour and perspective. That’s Sandra.

She has more than 16 years of expertise in office management and secretarial support at multinationals, SMEs and a start-up.

With her business experience and her past as a flight attendant, Sandra creates a smoothly running and welcoming office. In short, the perfect match for TND!

Stijn Neeleman

Data-driven, eager to learn and sharp: that’s Stijn. While studying Built Environment Asset Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, he wrote his thesis at TND real estate. After completing his studies, he was given the opportunity to join TND as a junior consultant in residential investment, a challenge he seized with both hands and is currently pursuing with great enthusiasm.

At TND, Stijn is involved in a wide range of activities within our services. His eagerness to learn and analytical mind enable him to quickly see connections and come up with innovative insights.
