TND real estate advised Mulleners Vastgoed on the purchase of the Casimir residential complex in Roermond.

The complex comprises 33 flats and 47 parking spaces in the underground car park, situated on Achter de Cattentoren, within walking distance of the city centre.

Casimir was built in 2010 and comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom flats, almost all of which have an energy rating of A or better. The property combines modern build quality with popular housing types, and is therefore well aligned with the buyer’s investment strategy.

With this acquisition, Mulleners Vastgoed further expands its portfolio, focusing on the management and sale of residential properties in various locations across the Netherlands.
