On behalf of Heimstaden Nederland, we have sold a residential complex in Rotterdam from the ‘Magpie’ investment portfolio. The property, located on Beukelsdijk, comprises nine studio flats and was built in 1912. Central Station is within walking distance. The building has been purchased by a private investor.
