TND real estate advised a.s.r. Real Estate (Amvest) on the sale of a modern residential complex on Binckhorstlaan in The Hague. The property was purchased by Marwijmo and consists of 55 apartments, a commercial space, and 46 parking spaces in the rear parking garage. The residences were part of the AEGON Wonen NV portfolio, managed by a.s.r. real estate as of January 1 of this year.

The complex is part of Binck-eiland and was completed in 2019 following the transformation of the former SDU office into a contemporary residential building. In total, the complex consists of 75 apartments and townhouses. It features an attractive courtyard garden and is uniquely situated on the waterfront. The sold apartments are leased in the mid-priced and private rental segments and all have an energy efficiency rating of A.

With this transaction, the seller further focuses its efforts within the AEGON account, while the buyer strengthens its position in The Hague’s housing market.
