TND real estate advised Achmea Real Estate on the sale of the Bono portfolio, consisting of two marketable residential complexes in Hillegom and Ridderkerk. The buyer is Stichting NL Woningfonds 8, a fund initiative of Sectie5.
The portfolio comprises a total of 47 apartments, built in 2009 and 2010 and all rated Energy Label A or A+. Both complexes are divided into apartment rights and remain intact, and are located in prime residential areas in the Randstad with good accessibility by car and public transportation.
With this acquisition, Sectie5 strengthens its position in the Randstad with two future-proof complexes that align seamlessly with its investment strategy. The seller is using the proceeds from the transaction to free up funds for further (new construction) investments in its portfolio.
