TND Real Estate facilitated the sale of two popular residential complexes in Best and Nijkerk, comprising a total of 58 apartments and 24 garage units. The portfolio was sold on behalf of Achmea Real Estate to Grouwels Vastgoed.

The residential complexes, located in the Eindhoven and Amersfoort regions, were built in 1993 and 2001 and have an energy efficiency rating of A. Both locations combine a central location with amenities within walking distance and good accessibility by public transportation and car.

The complex in Best is situated above a neighborhood shopping center, while the complex in Nijkerk is located in the green residential neighborhood of Corlaer. The complexes are fully leased and unoccupied. As such, they represent a highly sought-after investment within the segment.

With this transaction, the seller further refocuses its portfolio, while Grouwels Vastgoed is committed to long-term value.
