On behalf of an institutional client, we managed the sale of the De Biezen residential complex in IJsselstein. The complex consists of 14 three-bedroom apartments with an average floor area of approximately 77 m² GFA. The buyers are Canvas Ontwikkeling and Klaeser Capital.

The units were built in 1989, have a green energy label, and are leased in the regulated rental segment. Since no units have been sold individually in the past, the complex has significant potential for individual sales.

De Biezen is located within walking distance of the Achterveld shopping center and other amenities. With a direct public transportation connection to Utrecht Central Station and being in good condition, this is a marketable and future-proof investment property.
