Project description
On behalf of Vivet, we managed the purchase of 33 flats and 23 parking spaces in Venlo. The properties were built in 1985 and range in size from 61 to 97 m². The complex is fitted with solar panels and has been awarded a green energy label A. The transaction was completed entirely ‘off-market’. The seller is a property fund managed by Lokin Tamse.
