On behalf of a foreign investment manager, we managed the sale of two well-let office buildings in Almere. In line with the local council’s vision, the site is ideally suited for future redevelopment into residential properties. Woonhave is acquiring the buildings. This acquisition in Almere fits well with its aim to build up a high-quality pipeline of properties, with the objective of adding residential units to its own portfolio in the medium term.
