Project description
On behalf of Doniger Urban Developments, we managed the sale of 213 new-build flats in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The buyer is a foreign investor.
The properties were structurally completed in June 2023 and comprise social, mid-market and private sector rental homes. The building is 55 metres high and has 17 storeys. It thus offers spectacular views over the Amsterdamse Poort shopping area and the rest of the district.
MVSA Architects are responsible for the design of Frame Building. Through their choice of materials on the lower floors, they have subtly sought to harmonise with the adjacent listed Zandkasteel. A glass façade has been chosen for the plinth, and a publicly accessible staircase provides a physical link between Bijlmerplein and Hoogoorddreef.
