Project description
On behalf of GGz Centraal, TND has sold Plot A on the Veldwijk Estate in Ermelo. The development site offers space for the construction of 100 homes, more than half of which will be built in the social and affordable housing sectors.
Slingerpark B.V., a development consortium comprising NCB Projectrealisatie and Van de Kolk Ontwikkeling, was awarded the site following a competitive selection process, based on their urban design plan.
