Project description
On behalf of Achmea Real Estate, we managed the structured sale of three residential complexes, known as Project Triple. We completed the first transaction with Daelmans Vastgoed. They are the new owners of 16 apartments located in the centre of Dieren.
The complex was built in 1996 and the properties have a green energy label. The three-bedroom flats all feature a spacious balcony. The complex is legally divided, but the Seller has not sold any individual flats in the past.
