Project description
We advised Vivet on the successful acquisition of the residential complex on Dokstraat in Rotterdam. The complex comprises 42 flats, 3 terraced houses and 41 parking spaces in the underground car park.
The property is situated on freehold land, was completed in 2008 and holds energy labels A and A+. As such, the complex offers a future-proof foundation and aligns seamlessly with Vivet’s sustainability ambitions.
Thanks to its strong market position and relationships with institutional sellers, TND was able to effectively position Vivet for this transaction. With this acquisition, Vivet is expanding its exposure in the Rotterdam housing market and strengthening its portfolio with a high-quality, sustainable and easily lettable residential complex.
