Project description
On behalf of Achmea Real Estate, we managed the structured sale of 66 flats and a commercial unit, located in the Middenhoven district of Amstelveen. The complex was purchased by a consortium of three private investors: Urban Interest, Van Maarschalkerwaart and Rappange.
The flats were built in 1988 and have a green energy label. All units are three-room flats measuring approximately 73 m². The complex is legally divided, but the Seller has not sold any individual flats in the past.
