DVP Portfolio

On behalf of our client DVP Vastgoed, we have sold a residential portfolio comprising 42 flats, five detached houses and 16 garages, spread across two complexes in Oosterwolde and Deventer.

The buyer is Icoon Real Estate, a private investor with a long-term vision. Through this transaction, the seller is bringing greater geographical focus to its portfolio.

The new owner intends to carry out extensive sustainability improvements to the properties. This will not only lead to a better energy rating but also significantly enhance the living comfort for the residents.
