Project description
On behalf of our client Driessen Vastgoed, we have sold a residential portfolio in Friesland. The portfolio consists of 19 residential units and four garage spaces spread across complexes in Leeuwarden and Harkema. The buyer is a partnership between two private investors.
With this transaction, the seller is bringing greater geographic focus to its portfolio. The new owner plans to further optimize the properties.
