Project description
On behalf of Fortivest, we managed the purchase of 38 apartments in Maastricht. This involves a high-quality conversion of a former office building into student accommodation. The complex is conveniently located near the city centre and the University.
The transaction was completed entirely ‘off-market’. The seller is a private investor. Fortivest intends to manage the complex on a long-term basis.
