On behalf of CBRE IM, we managed the sale of 29 multi-occupancy dwellings and 20 garages spread across two complexes in the Waldeck district of The Hague. The buyer is private investor Urban Interest.

The properties were built in 1972 and consist of spacious 3-, 4- and 5-room flats. On average, the floor plans measure 106 m². All properties are let on a private rental basis and are situated on freehold land. The new owner intends to make the properties more sustainable.
