Project Description
On behalf of Vivet, we managed the acquisition of a large-scale residential complex on Joliotplaats in Rotterdam.
The complex, situated in the green and easily accessible Ommoord district, comprises 168 apartments and 27 garages. The apartments have an average floor area of approximately 88 m² and feature standard layouts, which contributes to a broad target market and stable lettability. 
The property was built in 1974 and is divided into apartment rights, with uninterrupted ownership. Approximately half of the homes have already been (partially) renovated, offering potential for further optimisation and value enhancement. 
The portfolio is almost fully let and features a diversified mix of rental segments. The current rent structure and energy performance profile offer opportunities for further sustainability improvements and enhanced operational efficiency. 
With this acquisition, Vivet strengthens its position in the Rotterdam region and adds a substantial and strategically located complex to its portfolio.
