Project description
On behalf of Vivet, we managed the purchase of 66 single-family homes and 23 garages in Kampen. The properties measure 120 m² and are let in the social and mid-range rental sectors. All properties have a green energy label.
The seller is the Canadian listed company European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ERES). The complex formed part of a larger portfolio which was not sold as a whole. We succeeded in entering into direct discussions with the seller and subsequently negotiating and purchasing the transaction entirely ‘off-market’.
