On behalf of Amvest, we were commissioned to sell the Leon residential portfolio. This was an off-market transaction. The portfolio comprises 29 detached houses and 55 apartments located in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Den Bosch, Amstelveen and Horst.
The properties are all of a very high standard, situated in prime locations and, with a green energy rating, easily financeable and ready for the future. The buyer is Daelmans Vastgoed.
