Project description
On behalf of an institutional client, TND real estate managed the sale of the Lupine residential complex in Alphen aan den Rijn. The complex comprises 72 apartments, 45 garages and a number of antenna installation points, situated on Lupinesingel in the Zegersloot district. The new owner is Vivet. The sale took place through an exclusive, structured process.
The properties were built in 1974, vary in size from approximately 65 to 92 m², feature standard floor plans with balconies and are let in the affordable rental sector. Thanks to its central location in the Randstad and its proximity to the De Ridderhof shopping centre and the Zegersloot recreational area, it is an attractive residential environment for a broad target group.
The complex is legally divided and has remained unaltered to date. Vivet intends to continue the sustainability improvements to the building, which were initiated by the previous owner.
