Project description
On behalf of Heimstaden Nederland, we have sold three properties from the ‘Magpie’ investment portfolio. The transaction comprised six flats, five retail units and 19 garages on Middelgraaflaan in Arnhem, six retail units on Muijlwijkstraat in Arnhem and, finally, three retail units on ‘t Sticht in Assen. The portfolio was purchased by a private investor.
