Nieuweweg, Hoofddorp

On behalf of the Hoofddorp Housing Fund Foundation, TND Real Estate managed the sale of the Via Nova residential complex, located on Nieuweweg in the center of Hoofddorp. The complex consists of 69 apartments and 29 storage units.

The units are compact (average 49 m² gross floor area), feature practical floor plans, and have an average monthly rent of approximately €985. The apartments are ideally suited for first-time renters and young professionals, thanks in part to their central location, good public transportation connections, and close proximity to the Vier Meren shopping center.

The complex was built in 2006 and fully converted into residential units in 2016. Energy ratings range from A+ to C. Prior to closing, the complex has been legally subdivided, making it an attractive proposition for sale.
