Oorden Staete, Rotterdam

On behalf of Altera, we managed the acquisition of the Oorden Staete residential complex in the IJsselmonde neighborhood of Rotterdam. The complex comprises 115 apartments, a commercial space, and on-site parking.

The units range in size from approximately 50 to 95 m² and are predominantly leased in the mid-range rental segment. All apartments have an energy rating of A or A+ and are wheelchair accessible and designed for lifelong living. As a result, the complex offers comfortable living space for a diverse range of residents, including first-time renters and seniors.

Residents also benefit from shared amenities such as a living room, bicycle storage, commercial space, and ample parking.

The seller is a foreign institutional fund.
