Project Description

On behalf of Coever Vastgoed, TND real estate advised on the acquisition of the Oppidum residential portfolio: 72 apartments across three complexes in Venlo and Venray. The portfolio further expands Coever Vastgoed’s residential investments in the north and centre of Limburg. The portfolio was previously managed by Rubens Capital Partners.

The portfolio comprises two complexes in Venlo, both in the Venlo-Oost-Noord district, on the Gulikstraat (34 apartments, built 1995) and on the Veldzuring (14 apartments, built 1999), and one complex in Venray on the Kloosterhof in the town centre (24 apartments, built 1997). The two Venlo complexes include a combined 50 parking spaces. The apartments predominantly carry green energy labels, mostly label A.

The portfolio offers both continued rental exploitation and unit sell-off potential. TND real estate supported Coever Vastgoed commercially throughout the entire process, from analysis and due diligence up to and including legal completion.
