On behalf of Amvest, we have sold the Oram residential portfolio, comprising 161 flats and 58 garages spread across nine complexes. The properties were built between 1955 and 1994 and are situated in thriving local authorities and prime (micro)locations.
The buyer is private investor Urban Interest. The new owner intends to continue the strategy implemented by Amvest.
