Project description
On behalf of Achmea Real Estate, we managed the sale of a modern residential complex in Amsterdam-West, marking the final transaction of Project Triple. The development comprises 50 spacious three-bedroom apartments, all featuring a balcony and situated above an underground car park with 50 private spaces. The buyer is a residential property fund managed by Vivet.
The complex is situated on Osdorper Ban and was built in 2006. The apartments range in size from approximately 90 to 130 m² and most have an energy rating of A. Thanks to its convenient location near the Osdorp shopping centre and Sloterplas, it is an attractive and easily accessible residential location in Amsterdam Nieuw-West.
The properties are legally divided, with some having been sold to private individuals in the past. As Achmea Real Estate has not sold any individual properties itself, the complex still offers the buyer various strategic options. The leasehold has been bought out in perpetuity.
