Project description
On behalf of Vesteda, we have sold 44 single-family homes in Anna Paulowna in a structured manner. The properties were purchased by Bergermeer, a private investor based in Hoorn.
The properties were built in 1975 and have a green energy label. All properties are 115 m² in size and let in the social and mid-range rental segments. The seller has not sold any properties individually in the past. The new owner intends to make the properties more sustainable and thus prepare them for the future.
