Project description
We provided commercial advice to Zinc Real Estate on the purchase of a student accommodation complex in Maastricht. The property is a former university hotel located in Randwyck-Noord and was built in 1989. Following a thorough, high-quality renovation by the new owner, the property will ultimately accommodate 147 students. The location, close to a railway station and various Maastricht University campuses, is ideally suited to housing this target group.
