On behalf of Amvest, we have sold a residential complex in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Following an off-market process in which only a select few parties were approached, a residential fund managed by Vivet ultimately purchased the 58 apartments.

The complex was built in 1982 and is situated in the Gein district. With an average rent of €850 per month, it offers tenants the opportunity to live in Amsterdam at an affordable price. Although all the properties have a green energy label, the new owner intends to make the complex even more sustainable.
