Zwolle & Hooglanderveen

On behalf of Vivet, TND real estate advised on the acquisition of two residential complexes in Zwolle and Hooglanderveen, part of the Griffioen residential portfolio. With these acquisitions, Vivet added a total of 79 apartments and 84 parking spaces to its portfolio.

The complex in Zwolle, the “Het Vizier” building on the Fonteinkruid in the Stadshagen district, was built in 2002 and comprises 24 spacious apartments with 24 parking spaces in the enclosed underground car park. The apartments range from 104 to 138 m² and have energy label A+ or A. The complex is located close to the local shopping centre.

The complex in Hooglanderveen, part of the municipality of Amersfoort, was completed in 2011 and comprises 55 apartments and 60 parking spaces on the Amendijk in the Vathorst district. The apartments range from 65 to 90 m² and are located directly opposite Amersfoort Vathorst station, with direct connections to Utrecht and Amsterdam. Vivet intends to further improve the sustainability of this complex to at least energy label A.

Both complexes offer potential for individual unit sales as well as continued rental. The acquisitions align with Vivet’s long-term strategy of investing in high-quality homes in locations with lasting demand and solid value development.
